“Il Bruco” restaurant, which was opened in 1990 by Paolo and Gabriella, it has become an excellent location for hospitality and cooking in this slop of Apennines. Thanks to the (invaluable) help of their son Federico, now it’s possible to welcome guests in a new structure, where they can offer comfortable rooms to continue to benefit from the stay among the breathtaking mountains and the wonderful country of Fiumalbo, recently included among the 200 most beautiful countries in Italy.
